Passengers said airport operations appeared to have resumed smoothly on Thursday morning following widespread flight cancellations in previous days caused by Super Typhoon Ragasa.
Around 140,000 people are thought to have been affected by delays and cancellations since Tuesday involving more than 1,000 flights.
