四川在线记者 王晋朝 3月10日至11日，省委常委、组织部部长于立军在乐山市调研时强调，要深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，认真落实中央和省委决策部署，大抓党建促乡村振兴、促基层治理，把党的组织优势转化为发展优势，以优异成绩迎接党的二十大和省第十二次党代会胜利召开。 于立军先后前往井研县集益镇晚熟柑橘现代农业园区、马边彝族自治县劳动镇福来村和犍为县清溪镇茉莉花现代农业园区等地，调研党建引领乡村振兴、两项改革“后半篇”文章、粮食生产等工作；深入竹叶青茶叶有限公司、四川德胜集团钒钛有限公司和森态源生物科技有限公司等企业，调研民营企业党的建设、带动群众增收致富等情况。 于立军强调，要扎实推进抓党建促乡村振兴，加大抓乡促村力度，建强农村带头人队伍，健全脱贫群众返贫监测机制，抓好粮食生产和恵农产业，大力发展新型村级集体经济。要顺应人民群众对美好生活的向往，推动资源要素更多向农民增收致富倾斜，健全产业发展与群众利益联结机制，让发展成果更多惠及群众、更有民生温度。要认真做好两项改革“后半篇”文章，以乡村国土空间规划引领乡村振兴和县域经济发展，深入推进易地扶贫搬迁集中安置点治理，确保基层治理有形有效、群众安居乐业，千方百计营造安定祥和的良好环境。
