四川在线记者 寇敏芳 近日，省政府派驻宜宾市自然资源督察员在宜宾市叙州区例行巡查发现，紧靠金沙江江岸的一处建设项目业主单位占用农林用地进行绿化施工，立即查纠了违法违规问题。 经现场初步了解，该绿化施工所占用土地在城市控制性详细规划中为农林用地，而非公园绿地。对此，督察员第一时间向宜宾市相关部门发出《督察工作提醒函》，督促进一步核实情况，坚决查纠违法违规问题。宜宾市迅速查明了上述建设行为存在的违法违规问题，发出了停工通知书，并对违法建设单位进行约谈，责令其立即停止违法行为，限期恢复原状。目前设施全部拆除，督察员将持续跟踪后续整改情况。 宜宾市自然资源主管部门有关负责人表示，督察员督促宜宾市及时制止了一起违法违规行为，避免造成更大的损失，“也提醒我们加强日常监管，强化对违法行为的动态巡查。” 近年来，四川通过向市(州)派驻自然资源督察员，加强事前事中监督，督促市县严格履行监管责任，对各类自然资源违法行为特别是侵占长江干支流等重要生态区和永久基本农田的行为“零容忍”，采取“长牙齿”的硬措施，完善“早发现、早制止、严查处”工作机制。
