10月26日，清华大学五道口金融学院副院长张晓燕在全球财富管理论坛·2024上海苏河湾大会上表示，可持续及ESG投资是中国实现可持续发展的战略选择，是应对气候变化、实现碳中和目标的重要手段。 　　张晓燕称，近年来，全球可持续及ESG投资取得了显著成就。截至2023年底，全球ESG资产管理规模已达到接近35万亿美元，超过全球资产管理规模的三分之一。 　　中国持续推出政策推动可持续及ESG投资发展。张晓燕表示，中国面临经济绿色低碳转型及可持续发展压力，不仅要以低碳方式实现增量增长，还必须对其巨大的存量进行低碳转型。 　　张晓燕表示，为更好地促进可持续及ESG投资发展，需构建包含财政政策、货币政策、投融资机制、信息披露、国际交流与合作的框架体系。 　　以货币政策为例，包括设立专项再贷款额度推动绿色信贷对碳减排的支持，中央 银行 对金融机构持有的绿色信贷资产提供再贷款和再贴现支持等。“这些货币政策支持起到了非常大的作用。目前为止，中国绿色贷款持续增长，已成为全球最大的绿色信贷市场。截至2023年末，中国本外币绿色贷款余额达30.08万亿元，同比增长36.5%，增速高于各项贷款增速。”张晓燕称。 　　就目前可持续及ESG投资发展面临的挑战来看，张晓燕认为，需要强化信息披露的透明度与全面性，引领投资者树立长期、理性的投资理念，着力培育ESG领域的高端人才，深化国际合作与交流。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
