快科技10月24日消息，今天，分析师郭明錤发文表示，Arm取消其与 高通 之间的芯片设计许可协议，这件事发生的概率极低。 　　 如果发生，可以说是两败俱伤，没有人是赢家，预计此次纷争最终会以某种形式和解。 　　据报道，Arm已向 高通 发出60天的通知，将正式终止这一许可，该许可协议允许 高通 基于Arm的标准设计自己的芯片。 　　这起纠纷源于一起收购案，2021年1月，高通宣布以14亿美元收购Nuvia，收购了同为Arm授权商的Nuvia后，高通宣布计划将Nuvia的CPU设计版本Oryon架构引入其骁龙X处理器中。 　　 但Arm认为，Nuvia与Arm此前有许可协议，允许其使用Arm的部分技术设计芯片，高通收购Nuvia后，这些许可协议不能直接转让给高通，需要重新谈判获得许可。 　　对此，高通方面表示，这是Arm的一贯做法——更多毫无根据的威胁，旨在强行压迫长期合作伙伴，干扰我们性能领先的CPU产品，并无视双方架构许可协议已经涵盖的广泛权利来提高许可费率。 　　该发言人还表示，在12月即将到来的法庭审理之前，Arm采取这种出于绝望的伎俩，似乎是试图干扰法律程序，其终止许可协议的诉求毫无依据，我们有信心，高通与Arm协议中涵盖的权利将得到法院的确认。 （文章来源：快科技）
