中国网财经10月30日讯 10月29日晚间， 中青宝 (300052.SZ)发布公告，公司实控人李瑞杰因涉嫌信息披露违法违规，遭证监会立案。 中青宝 进一步解释，本次立案原因与前期张云霞被立案调查的原因系同一事项，不存在新增涉嫌违法违规事项的情形。 　　今年8月9日， 中青宝 及实控人张云霞曾因涉嫌信息披露违法违规，收到中国证监会下发的《立案告知书》。 　　据此前的深交所下发的行政监管措施决定书显示，2023年12月29日，张云霞因存在债务纠纷案件，在民事纠纷案件解决过程中因涉嫌拒不执行判决、裁定罪被深圳市公安局福田分局采取强制措施并收到《取保候审决定书》。 　　但彼时中青宝却瞒而不报，直到半年后才披露相关信息。7月26日，中青宝披露《关于实际控制人被采取强制措施并收到〈取保候审决定书〉〈不起诉决定书〉及〈解除取保候审决定书〉的公告》。 　　公告中称，7月9日，张云霞收到深圳市福田区人民检察院出具的《不起诉决定书》和《解除取保候审决定书》，因相关债务纠纷所涉及的仲裁裁决确定内容已经全部履行完毕，深圳市福田区人民检察院决定对张云霞不起诉并解除对张云霞的取保候审措施。至此，案件程序终结。 　　公开信息显示，中青宝成立于2003年，2010年2月在深交所上市，公司传统业务为 游戏 业务，是国内首家A股上市 游戏 公司，曾被称为“网游第一股”，之后通过发展云服务业务和 数字孪生 业务，实现 游戏 业务、云服务业务和 数字孪生 与文旅业务三大板块的多轮驱动模式。 　　不过，近年来中青宝一直面临市场竞争加剧和收入下滑的压力。尤其是2020年至今，中青宝长期处于亏损状态，2020年至2023年亏损总额超过2.96亿元。 　　2024年三季报显示，中青宝报告期内实现营业收入1.77亿元，同比下降9.87%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为-3636.67万元，同比下降4008.33%。 （文章来源：中国网财经）
