【明报专讯】主办人权新闻奖的香港外国记者会(FCC)，昨突以「不想误堕法网」为由，宣布暂停颁发(suspend)今年人权新闻奖，并无提及日后会否续办。据本报综合多个消息，去年底被国安处搜查后停运的《立场新闻》，今届获9个大小奖项，董事会因忧虑法律风险，决定煞停颁奖。另据3个消息透露，去年12月《立场新闻》被搜后，FCC曾发声明，外交部驻港特派员公署其后曾传召FCC主席瑞凯德(Keith Richburg，图)，警告他不要再发声明。瑞凯德昨不评论有否会面，公署昨晚未回覆查询。 …
