【明报专讯】港大法律学院前副教授戴耀廷涉就2016年立法会选举宣传「雷动计划」，连同心理学家叶剑青及石守正在报章刊登共6份广告，3人事隔5年被廉署起诉，同被控4项「在选举中作出招致选举开支的非法行为」罪，涉款逾25.3万元。戴耀廷昨在区院承认4罪，押后5月24日判刑；叶剑青及石守正获不提证供起诉，以自签4万元守行为一年处理。法官郭启安听取辩方求情时，表示本案「唔系政治检控」，并要求控方澄清，控方同意不争议策略性投票，仅检控被告招致选举开支。 …
