国家医保局23日下午召开新闻发布会，回应了社会各界关心的热点话题。目前已印发的17批立项指南，合计涉及271个主项目、250个加收项、88个扩展项，加起来共有收费编码609个，价格项目的颗粒度明显加大。项目合并的同时价格也会相应调整，比如新的特级护理、一级护理等项目落地时会适度上调价格，以更好体现技术劳务价值。在立项指南的编制过程中，国家医保局聚焦群众多样化就医需求，聚焦促进补齐 医疗服务 短板，聚焦推动相关产业发展，推出一批新的价格项目，支持体现新质生产力的新技术新项目进入临床应用。 　　经调研，各方普遍认为， 人工智能 技术在一定程度上能够帮助医生提高诊断效率，但现阶段还无法完全“平替”，在已经收取相关诊疗费用后，如果额外单就 人工智能 辅助技术再向患者收费有失公平。对此，为了支持相对成熟的 人工智能 辅助技术进入临床应用，又防止额外增加患者负担，国家医保局分析人工智能潜在的应用场景，在放射检查、超声检查、康复类项目中设立“人工智能辅助”扩展项，即同样的价格水平下，医院可以选择培养医务人员进行诊疗，也可以选择使用人工智能参与诊疗行为，但现阶段不重复收费。 （文章来源：央视新闻）
