位于上海奉贤区的 跨境电商 企业上海美渠科技集团有限公司引进多个韩国美容护肤品牌产品参加第七届中国国际 进口博览 会，相关展品达3000余件。第七届进博会闭幕后，这些展品“滞留”上海，计划进入 跨境电商 渠道在中国销售，充分释放进博会的溢出和放大效应。 　　记者从上海海关了解到，在海关“展品转保税展示”“展品转 跨境电商 ”等便利化措施保障下，第七届进博会部分海外展品选择“滞留”，准备持续向中国市场发起“冲锋”。 　　斯里兰卡一家宝石品牌看中上海综合保税区的保税展示、保税存储政策，与漕河泾综合保税区管理方签约，在区内投资成立贸易公司。第七届进博会闭幕后，将152件、货值29万美元的红宝石、祖母绿、碧玺等珠宝继续留在上海用于展示和交易。 　　德国化妆品企业拜尔斯道夫集团一款“明星”展品在参展第七届进博会后，经海关完成结转手续，进入青浦综合保税区，正式从展品变为保税商品，利用保税展示场所进行常态化品牌推广。 　　据上海虹桥国际进口商品展销有限公司介绍，这家企业在第七届进博会期间累计服务的展品货值超2800万美元，涉及8个国家和地区的19家展商。目前，企业已与其中多家品牌达成合作意向，服务260余种消费类展品通过“展品转保税展示”“展品转跨境电商”等便利化措施落地上海。 　　迈巴赫奢侈品公司表示，之所以选择在参展进博会后留在上海继续展示，正是看中了中国大市场。企业参展进博会渴望的放大、溢出效应，离不开海关相关便利化举措支撑。 　　今年，上海海关累计验放第七届进博会境外展品486批次，总货值达1.2亿美元。 （文章来源：经济参考报）
