雷怡安 四川在线记者 刘佳 肖雨杨 截至2021年12月，四川新增发明专利授权1.93万件，其中新增PCT专利申请量640件。这是记者从4月25日举行的四川省知识产权保护与发展新闻发布会上获悉的。会上，四川省知识产权服务促进中心党组书记、省市场监管局党组副书记、副局长赵辉就“十四五”我省每万人口高价值发明专利拥有量、加强高价值专利培育等情况现场回答了记者提问。他表示，新增专利数据的快速增长，说明我省创新能力在持续增强，为我省创新驱动引领高质量发展发挥了重要的作用。 每万人口高价值发明专利拥有量，是我省“十四五”知识产权发展的主要指标。针对高价值专利培育情况，赵辉表示，近几年，四川省知识产权服务促进中心已累计安排专项资金5000余万元，支持我省“5+1”现代产业龙头企业培育高价值专利，已建成高价值专利育成中心33个。下一步中心将进一步深化企业的知识产权工作，实施高价值专利培育行动，加强工作指导与精准服务，确保“十四五”末培育知识产权强企100家，超额完成每万人口高价值发明专利拥有量的目标任务，为我省创新驱动引领高质量发展贡献知识产权的力量。
