今年浦东生物医药产业薪酬普调幅度为5.4%，同比下降0.2%；37.8%受调查企业表示今年不进行薪酬普调，较去年（16.7%）显著增多；相比前些年行业“内卷”带来的薪酬虚高，企业定薪更加谨慎理性。12月7日，在浦东国际人才港论坛生物医药产业人才论坛上，《2024浦东新区生物医药产业人才发展趋势报告》发布。 　　根据国外权威网站发布的数据， 中国医药 产业市场份额在全球占比约7%，虽然相比美国44%的全球市场份额差距还不小，但这一成绩仅次于美国，中国生物医药产业在全球的影响力正逐步增强。2023年中国获批上市的 创新药 是40个，美国和欧洲分别是55个，差距正在逐步缩小。 　　聚焦到浦东。2023年 创新药 数量是4个，占全国的1\/10。截至10月，今年已有4款 创新药 获批上市。2023年生物医药产业规模达3780亿元，同比增长5.9%，全市占比超过40%，世界级产业集群初具形态。 　　浦东生物医药产业从业人数是12.91万，和去年相比略有提升，占比全市近一半。其中，35岁以下青年从业人员占比超过40%，产业后备力量比较充足。 　　浦东生物医药产业从业人员本科及以上学历占比 60.6%，其中博士学历占比4%，位居三大先导产业首位，且明显高于均值2.8%。从细分的子行业来看，医药研发服务类的博士占比更是高达9.1%。高学历人才流入比去年增长了2.5%，人才结构开始转向质量提升。 　　得益于一系列海外人才服务举措，浦东生物医药产业海外人才占比和去年相比略有提升，增长0.1%。 　　生物医药产业人才目前呈“紧缺”状态，但较往年整体紧缺状态有所缓解。特别是在药物研发和临床试验两个领域，对于复合型高素质人才的需求非常迫切。 　　该报告由上海市生物医药科技产业促进中心与上海浦东人才发展有限公司联合编制。 （文章来源：上观新闻）
