2024年12月17日，河南省郑州市中级人民法院公开宣判重庆市人民政府原党组成员、副市长熊雪受贿案，对被告人熊雪以受贿罪判处死刑，缓期二年执行，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。对熊雪犯罪所得财物及孳息依法予以追缴，上缴国库。 经审理查明：1999年至2023年，被告人熊雪利用担任重庆市南岸区副区长，重庆高新区管委会副主任，重庆北部新区管委会副主任、主任，重庆两江新区管委会副主任，重庆市永川区委书记，重庆市商务委员会主任，重庆市发展和改革委员会主任，重庆市人民政府党组成员、副市长，重庆高新区党工委书记等职务上的便利，以及职权或者地位形成的便利条件,通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，为有关单位和个人在工程承揽、用地审批等方面提供帮助，直接或通过他人非法收受财物共计折合人民币1.48亿余元。 郑州市中级人民法院认为，被告人熊雪的行为构成受贿罪。熊雪受贿数额特别巨大，犯罪情节特别严重，社会影响特别恶劣，并使国家和人民利益遭受特别重大损失，论罪应当判处死刑。鉴于熊雪受贿犯罪中有未遂情节，到案后如实供述罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分受贿事实，认罪悔罪，积极退赃，受贿所得赃款赃物及孳息已全部追缴，具有多个法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法对其判处死刑，可不立即执行。法庭遂作出上述判决。 来源：人民日报客户端 责编：刘艺文 校对：刘榕枝 追加内容 本文作者可以追加内容哦 !
