国家外汇管理局12月27日公布的数据显示，前三季度我国国际收支保持基本平衡，国际投资头寸状况保持稳健。据国家外汇管理局副局长、新闻发言人李斌介绍，2024年9月末，我国对外资产规模首次突破10万亿美元。 　　前三季度，我国经常账户顺差2413亿美元，与同期国内生产总值（GDP）之比为1.8%，处于合理均衡区间。其中，国际收支口径的货物贸易出口和进口同比分别增长6%和3%，货物贸易顺差规模为历史同期新高。服务贸易进出口保持增长，收入和支出同比分别增长12%和15%，旅行逆差回升推动服务贸易逆差有所扩大。投资收益等初次收入逆差规模与2023年同期持平。 　　前三季度，我国对外各类投资稳定增长，金融账户资产净增加3149亿美元。各类来华投资呈现净流入，其中来华 证券 投资净流入931亿美元，连续4个季度保持净流入，外资配置人民币资产增多。 　　“总体看，我国经济基础稳、优势多、韧性强、潜能大，长期向好的支撑条件和基本趋势没有变，将继续为我国国际收支保持基本平衡提供坚实支撑。”李斌总结称。 　　2024年9月末，我国对外金融资产和负债规模较2024年6月末均有所增长，国际投资头寸状况保持稳健。其中，我国对外资产规模102129亿美元，较2024年6月末增长4.3%；对外负债规模70312亿美元，增长3.3%；对外净资产（资产减负债）规模31817亿美元，增长6.5%。 　　从资产结构看，9月末在我国对外资产中，储备资产3.6万亿美元，规模继续位列全球首位；非储备资产规模占比较2024年6月末有所上升。在我国对外负债中，51%为来华直接投资，规模3.6万亿美元， 证券 投资和其他投资占比保持基本稳定。 （文章来源： 证券 时报网）
