本周末，多家公司披露增持回购相关公告，提振投资者信心。以深市为例，2025年1月3日收市后至今， 天赐材料 、 东宝生物 、 盛路通信 等6家公司披露回购计划，其中4家取得5.15亿元回购专项贷；98家公司披露回购进展。 　　 天赐材料 公告，截至2025年1月2日，公司使用自有资金和专项贷款资金完成回购1.20亿元公司股票。1月5日， 天赐材料 发布公告，计划回购1亿元至2亿元股份，以维护公司价值及股东权益。公司取得了 中信银行 1.8亿元回购专项贷。 　　此外， 盛路通信 表示，基于对公司未来发展前景的信心和对公司价值的高度认可，为增强投资者信心，公司拟回购1.43亿元至2.86亿元公司股票，获得上海浦东发展 银行 2亿元贷款支持。 　　还有不少公司披露了回购进展。如 克明食品 于2024年11月8日披露回购计划，拟回购1亿元至2亿元，并取得 中国银行 1.4亿元贷款支持。截至2025年1月3日，公司已回购占总股本2.32%的股份。 　　增持方面， 河钢股份 、 严牌股份 2家深市公司控股股东披露增持计划，拟增持上限5.44亿元，并获得4.89亿元增持专项贷。 　　从2024年整体情况看，全年768家次深市公司披露回购计划，累计拟回购上限1003.39亿元。24家沪深300成分股披露回购方案， 京东方A 、 阳光电源 、 顺丰控股 等15家公司回购金额超过10亿元。 　　其中，注销式回购134单，包括居然之家、 科大智能 等，回购金额上限257.70亿元；“护盘式”回购159单，如 孚日股份 、 振芯科技 等，回购金额上限173.77亿元。 　　深市公司2024年实施回购796.41亿元、股东实际增持248.37亿元，分别较上年增长65.76%和13.33%。 　　2024年，287家次公司股东披露增持计划，增持上限292.05亿元。股票回购增持再贷款政策落地以来，125家深市公司获得回购增持再贷款290.79亿元，其中 海康威视 推出贷款金额最大的注销式回购，贷款金额17.5亿元。 （文章来源：中国 证券 报·中证金牛座）
