当地时间周二（1月14日）， 高盛 CEO大卫·所罗门表示，美国经济处于“脆弱状态”，但他对未来持乐观态度。 　　美国候任总统特朗普将于下周正式重掌白宫，他的一些政策与即将下台的拜登政府截然不同。特朗普的政策包括减税、加征关税、放松监管以及大规模驱逐非法移民等。 　　所罗门周二出席了行业组织全美零售联合会在纽约主办的一场活动，他表示：“我对未来非常乐观，但我们正处于一个更为脆弱的状态。” 　　所罗门指出，拜登政府实施的监管政策导致企业高管推迟投资，而特朗普已承诺会放松监管，这将促进商业投资。 　　他还表示，特朗普在其第一任期通过的减税政策若能得以延续（其中许多条款将在今年到期），将对经济具有一定的刺激作用。 　　“但（特朗普）政府正在讨论的其他政策，我们需要仔细观察其如何推进，”所罗门说道。他指的是特朗普威胁对贸易伙伴加征关税，以及驱逐非法移民的计划。 　　所罗门强调，边境安全很重要，但他同时表示：“在考虑驱逐政策时，确保移民增长的持续性同样非常重要，我们必须在两者之间找到平衡。” 　　“我们面临的是一系列变化的组合，其中一些对增长非常有利，但另一些可能会减缓增长。我认为，我们需要非常仔细地关注整体平衡，”所罗门说。 　　由于上周公布的美国12月非农就业报告远超预期，美国国债收益率近期强势上涨。所罗门表示，他并不认为这反映了市场预期美联储将采取更强硬的立场，也不认为是对持续 高通 胀的担忧所致。 　　“我们的债务确实在增加。如果从GDP的比例来看赤字，以及一些政策决策，我认为将支出、赤字和债务水平控制好是非常重要的，”所罗门说。 　　他补充道：“我认为正在发生的事情之一是，真正的债券购买者正关注接下来几年的大量融资需求，这推动了长期国债收益率的上升。这种情况已经很久没有出现了，我认为这一变化需要特别关注。” （文章来源：财联社）
