1月10日，据生态环境部官方公众号消息，为贯彻落实《关于加快建立统一规范的碳排放统计核算体系实施方案》《完善碳排放统计核算体系工作方案》要求，生态环境部与国家统计局联合牵头建设的“国家温室气体排放因子数据库”第一版现已正式上线运行。 　　国家温室气体排放因子数据库作为我国碳排放统计核算体系的重要组成部分，将为社会各界提供温室气体排放因子基础数据支持，推动碳排放统计核算工作，助力国家碳达峰碳中和目标。 　　生态环境部应对气候变化司相关负责人表示，国家温室气体排放因子数据库的上线将为社会各界开展碳排放核算提供基础数据支持，方便各类主体开展碳排放核算，有效降低全社会碳排放核算成本，增强碳排放核算的准确性和时效性，提升我国应对气候变化基础能力。 　　同日，生态环境部官网发布消息称，我国已如期向《联合国气候变化框架公约》秘书处提交《中华人民共和国气候变化第一次双年透明度报告》和《中华人民共和国气候变化第四次两年更新报告》，报告全面阐述了我国2030年国家自主贡献目标实施进展。截至2024年10月，我国风电、 太阳能 发电总装机容量约12.8亿千瓦。各项目标实施进度符合预期，其中森林蓄积量和风电、 太阳能 发电总装机容量已提前实现目标。 （文章来源：中国 证券 报·中证金牛座）
