4月29日， 信息发展 (300469) 发布2021年年度报告。报告显示，2021年公司实现 营业收入 4.22亿元，同比下降26.24%；实现归属于上市公司 股东 的 净利润 -8051.98万元，同比下降26.09%。 报告期内，公司主营产品系统集成、技术支持与服务、应用 软件开发 与销售分别实现营业收入6981.10万元、1.77亿元、1.75亿元，占营业收入的比重分别为16.55%、41.97、41.48%。 具体来看，智慧食安方面，公司在2021年在原有客户基础上不断创新拓展新业务，新增上海主副食品保供稳价监测系统项目、徐州-上海蔬菜外延基地 农产品 供沪信息平台建设项目等多个创新案例，不仅延伸食安追溯链条，对接源头生产监管数据，保障食品安全，也通过量价信息采集，达到量足价稳，保障民生商品供应，协助商务部门客户实现数字化商务转型。 智慧司法领域，公司以优秀的智慧监所解决方案及省级智慧监所统一管理平台为主打产品，与司法部开展的创建智慧监所活动高度契合，聚力监所业务市场，跑马圈地，抢占市场制高点。截止报告期末，公司目前已经承接江苏、安徽、北京、上海、新疆自治区、湖南、贵州等省级智慧监所平台建设。 此外，公司围绕省局大平台升级改造，制定大平台可持续发展策略及思路，并协助制定实施计划，重点打造一两款平台配套的刚需产品，实现省局、监狱全覆盖。 报告期内，公司共申请并获得受理发明专利2项；共申请软件著作权10项，申报软件产品登记11项。截止报告期末，公司及全资、控股子公司共取得国家知识产权局专利授权29项，计算机软件著作权419项，软件产品登记证书290项。 公司计划不派发现金红利，不送红股，不以公积金转增股本。 公开资料显示， 信息发展 是一家运用区块链和大数据等技术，面向智慧食安、智慧档案、智慧司法等政府和企业，为数字中国提供行业专有云综合解决方案的服务运营商。 （文章来源：全景网）
