4月25日， 阳光城 发布 公告 称，未能按期偿付“20阳城01”及“20阳城02”本年度利息，两只债券于4月25日起 停牌 。 公告显示， 阳光城 在2020年4月24日发行“20阳城01”及“20阳城02”，应于2022年4月25日支付2021年4月24日至2022年4月23日期间的利息。 根据公告，“20阳城01”发行规模为12亿元，“20阳城02”发行规模为8亿元，发行价格为100元\/张。其中，“20阳城01”票面 利率 为6.95%，每手(面值1000元)付息金额为69.50元(含税)，扣税后个人、 证券 投资 基金 债券持有人每手实际取得的利息为55.60元，非居民企业每手实际取得的利息为69.50元。“20阳城02”票面 利率 为7.30%，每手(面值1000元)付息金额为73.00元(含税)，扣税后个人、 证券 投资基金债券持有人每手实际取得的利息为58.40元，非居民企业每手实际取得的利息为73.00元。 阳光城 在公告中表示，因受宏观经济环境、行业环境、融资环境叠加影响，公司流动性出现阶段性紧张，未能按期足额偿付“20阳城01”及“20阳城02”本年度利息。此外，“20阳城01”及“20阳城02”已经于2022年4月25日开市起停牌。 同日，阳光城发布另一份关于“20阳城01”回售结果的公告。公告显示，根据募集说明书设定的回售选择权，“20阳城01”债券持有人有权选择在投资者回售登记期内进行登记，将持有的该期债券按面值全部或部分回售给发行人，或选择继续持有本期债券。而根据中国 证券 登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司提供的数据，本期债券的回售数量为1043.67万张，回售金额为10.44亿元(不含利息)，阳光城决定对该期回售债券不再进行转售。 （文章来源：新京报）
