鑫铂股份 （003038）近日在接受调研时表示，公司客户均为光伏行业头部组件企业，客户信用较好，产生坏账的可能性较低，应收账款风险在可控范围内，对公司的生产经营不会产生重大影响。 　　 鑫铂股份 主营业务为工业铝型材、工业铝部件和建筑铝型材的研发、生产与销售。2024年前三季度，公司实现营业收入61.86亿元，同比增长31.23%；归母净利润1.36亿，同比下降35.65%。 　　 鑫铂股份 表示，2024年前三季度增收不增利，第三季度出现单季度亏损情况，主要是一方面受 新能源 光伏下游组件企业业绩承压，铝边框的加工费有所下降；另一方面 新能源 汽车零部件 和再生铝项目处于产能爬坡阶段，固定费用较高，处于亏损当中；另外因终止 股权激励 ，股份支付一次性确认，对第三季度产生不利影响。第四季度环比第三季度订单稳中有增，加工费下降的趋势有所企稳，同时 新能源 汽车零部件 和再生铝项目亏损预计收窄，情况较第三季度会有较大改善。 　　鑫铂股份称，新一代铝边框项目已经处于建设当中，预计2025年5-6月份陆续开始试生产。与下游组件客户签署的2025年战略协议中对新一代铝边框都有不同比例的约定，新一代铝边框的订单有较大支撑，预计2025年新一代铝边框项目能够一定程度上提高铝边框的单吨盈利情况。 　　新能源汽车项目客户开拓一直在持续中，订单逐月增加，经营情况逐步向好；2025年在手订单充足，产能利用率相较于2024年将得到大幅提升，同时产品良率也将较大改善。 　　截至2025年1月7日，鑫铂股份通过回购专用 证券 账户以集中竞价交易方式回购股份数量为505.61万股，约占公司总股本的比例为2.07%，支付的总金额为9860.42万元（不含印花税、交易佣金等交易费用）。 （文章来源：深圳商报·读创）
