保交房攻坚战顺利完成了2024年既定目标。近日，房地产融资协调机制工作专班有关负责人在接受记者采访时表示，截至2024年年底，全国“白名单”项目贷款审批通过金额超过5万亿元，保交房攻坚战实现住房交付373万套，顺利完成年度既定目标。保交房工作的有序推进，有力维护了购房人合法权益，提振了市场信心，助力房地产市场止跌回稳。 　　值得注意的是，上述有关负责人还介绍了万科项目的商品住房交付情况。该有关负责人表示，从专班掌握的情况看，2024年，万科交付住房超过18万套，全面完成保交房目标任务。从各地城市房地产融资协调机制工作专班了解的情况看，目前万科房地产项目建设正在平稳有序推进中，“白名单”制度将提供有力的融资支持，充分保障项目建设交付。 　　“2025年，我们将进一步贯彻落实中央经济工作会议精神，按照‘应进尽进、应贷尽贷、能早尽早’原则，将符合条件的项目均纳入‘白名单’，精准支持房地产项目建设交付，切实保障购房人合法权益。”该有关负责人称，同时，有关部门正积极推动各地运用地方政府专项债券资金加大收回收购闲置土地力度，推进处置存量商品房，支持房地产企业盘活存量资产；持续协调金融机构综合运用贷款、债券等金融工具，多渠道满足房地产企业合理融资需求，保持房地产行业融资稳定。 （文章来源： 证券 日报）
