2月18日下午，上海市委网信办联合市商务委召开属地MCN机构分类指导会。美腕、百秋、宝尊、萤火虫文化、仙梓文化、艺寻传媒、美聚传媒、 丽人丽妆 等16家属地MCN机构以及浦东、静安、长宁等区委网信办参会。 　　会上，市商务委电商处介绍了去年发布《上海市推动直播经济高质量发展三年行动计划（2024-2026年）》以来重点任务的推进实施情况。市委网信办通报了2024年网信部门开展的涉MCN机构管理工作情况，并部署了《上海MCN机构内容生态合规指引（试行）》实施要求。市委网信办依据相关法律法规和规范性文件，结合前期行业调研， 综合行业 主管部门、重点MCN机构以及网络平台等意见建议于去年11月底制定了《上海MCN机构内容生态合规指引（试行）》，并于2025年起在属地MCN机构实施，主要要求属地MCN机构在建立健全内容合规管理体系，加强账号、内容安全、直播、未成年人网络保护四大重点环节管理以及积极履行社会责任等方面不断探索、勇于实践。 　　下一步，市委网信办将会同有关部门持续加强对属地MCN机构的服务指导，力争培育一批规模大、带动作用强、国内有影响力的MCN机构，切实推动上海直播经济高质量发展，共同维护清朗的网络空间。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
