中国人民 银行 2月18日消息，人民 银行 行长潘功胜日前应邀出席由国际货币基金组织与沙特联合主办的新兴市场经济体研讨会，并作主旨发言。 　　潘功胜表示，2024年，中国经济持续回升向好，实现了全年5%的经济增长目标。特别是去年9月下旬以来，中国政府推出了一揽子增量政策，有效提振社会信心，经济明显回升。下一步，中国政府将实施更加积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策，强化宏观经济政策的逆周期调节，持续推动中国经济增长模式转型，巩固和增强经济回升向好势头。 　　近年来，许多新兴市场经济体在货币政策框架、外汇储备管理、债务结构等方面取得明显进展，抵御外部风险能力持续增强，经济韧性明显提升。新兴市场经济体已成为全球经济增长的重要引擎，全球影响力持续提升。与此同时，当前世界格局正在经历深刻变革，存在诸多不确定性，新兴市场经济体也面临诸多挑战，比如地缘政治和经济碎片化风险、贸易保护主义上升、全球经济中期增长动能不足、金融市场波动和跨境资本流动压力以及全球公共债务风险等。潘功胜说，面对挑战，新兴市场经济体应进一步提升自身韧性，继续完善货币政策框架，提升汇率弹性，加强公共债务管理，强化宏观审慎管理和金融监管。同时新兴市场经济体要坚持多边主义，坚持合作共赢，在更大范围、更广领域、更深层次开展南南合作，加强国际宏观经济政策协调，共同促进全球经济增长，维护本国和区域金融稳定。 （文章来源：中国 证券 报）
