日本研究人员日前在新一期美国学术期刊《国家科学院学报·交叉学科》上发表研究成果说，他们开发出一个 人工智能 （AI）模型，可根据急性肝损伤患者初诊时的血检结果等信息，预测患者病情是否容易恶化成急性肝衰竭。 　　日本九州大学、名古屋大学等机构日前发布联合新闻公报说，急性肝损伤患者中，约99%不需要治疗就能恢复，约1%的患者会出现肝功能下降，发展成急性肝衰竭。急性肝损伤恶化产生的急性肝衰竭治疗很困难，每年发病人数又不多，缺乏经验的医疗机构难以迅速采取合适的应对措施，从而直接影响患者存活率。 　　借助AI技术，研究人员分析了319名急性肝损伤患者住院后一周内血检指标——凝血酶原（生成于肝脏的一种血液凝固因子）变化情况。他们发现急性肝损伤患者根据临床病程和预后的不同，可分成6组。第一组和第二组仅需要观察病程，患者能够自然恢复；第三组和第四组对内科治疗有反应，治疗后可恢复；第五组和第六组对内科治疗无反应，需要接受肝移植或者最终死亡。 　　研究显示，应用AI技术，仅通过患者初诊时的血液检查结果等信息，就能较精确预测患者会进入哪一组。会不会发展到需要移植的第五组和第六组的预测准确率约为90%，会不会进入第三组和第四组的准确率约80%。 （文章来源：经济参考报）
