全球食用油市场在过去的六个月中，因为马来西亚劳动力短缺和阿根廷、加拿大的干旱，食用 油价 格已经上涨了50%，在上周印尼宣布棕榈油出口禁令后，供需变得更加紧张，然而噩耗仍在袭来。 加拿大统计局周一在报告中表示，尽管价格高企且油菜籽需求旺盛，但农民仍倾向种植替代谷物作物，加拿大今年油菜籽播种面积预计将下降7%，至2090万英亩。 加拿大是全球菜籽油的最大出口商，但因为去年的干旱，加拿大上一季的产量降至2007年以来的最低水平，库存也已经告急。 DTN加拿大谷物 分析师 Cliff Jamieson最新的报告称：“7月31日的谷物库存预计将创下历史新低，预计杜伦麦库存将达到1980年代中期以来的最低水平。油菜籽库存也将异常紧张。” 受此影响，周二(4月26日)，油菜籽期货一度上涨1.8%，至每吨1101.10加元，为3月28日以来的最高水平。 PI Financial驻温尼伯的高级商品期货顾问Ken Ball表示：“由于异常的市场条件，存在很多不确定性……最近削减是由于化肥成本以及近年来油菜籽已经无法保持高产量了。” Jamieson还表示，就潜在回报和强劲需求而言，今年加拿大农业还有很多不错的农作物选择，天气将成为种植决策的驱动因素。“加拿大厂商将看到更多的小麦、玉米、扁豆、大豆和燕麦(需求)，同时，他们将减少油菜、大麦和豌豆的种植面积。” 根据FBN加拿大种植报道调查，加拿大萨斯喀彻温省油菜籽种植面积下降幅度最大，大量农田转而种植春小麦。但FBN表示对春小麦的收成并不抱乐观态度，评级为“中性至略微看跌”。 （文章来源：财联社）
