上证报中国 证券 网讯（记者于祥明）成品油价格迎来两连降。记者3月5日从国家发展改革委获悉，根据近期国际市场油价变化情况，按照现行成品油价格形成机制，自2025年3月5日24时起，国内汽、柴油价格每吨分别降低135元和130元。这是2025年以来的第二次下调。至此，今年国内油价已经历“2涨2降1搁浅”。国家发展改革委价格监测中心专家向记者表示，本轮成品油调价周期内（2月19日到3月4日），国际油价震荡下降，预计短期国际油价将呈弱势震荡走势。 　　据国家发展改革委价格监测中心监测，调价周期内，供应增 长和 需求低迷预期影响国际油价震荡下降。以布伦特原油期货为例，价格从每桶76美元降至71美元，为近半年来低位。供应方面，根据 美国能源 信息署最新披露数据，美国原油产量已增至创纪录的1350万桶\/日；美国贝克休斯能源服务公司数据显示，美国石油和 天然气 钻机数量连续五周增加，截至2月28日达到593个，意味着后期产量将继续增长。“OPEC+”产油国近期再次重申将按计划从4月份开始提高原油产量，这是其自2022年以来首次增产。需求方面，美国开始对加拿大和墨西哥等国加征关税，市场对由此可能导致的经济低迷和需求下滑产生担忧。 　　国家发展改革委价格监测中心专家预计，国际贸易环境和地缘政治局势均存在较大不确定性，将影响原油市场供需、扰乱市场预期，短期国际油价将呈弱势震荡走势。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
