南方财经3月8日电，据中国机电产品进出口商会官微，中国机电商会发布关于坚决支持商务部对加拿大反歧视调查裁定的声明：2025年3月8日，中国商务部发布公告（2025年第11号），就加拿大对华相关限制性措施发起的首例反歧视调查作出裁定。调查机关认定，加拿大相关被调查措施构成《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》第七条“在贸易方面对中国采取的歧视性的禁止、限制或者其他类似措施”，相关措施影响了正常贸易秩序，对中国造成严重负面影响，将对加拿大采取反歧视措施。中国机电产品进出口商会自立案以来高度关注调查进展，坚决支持中国商务部依法依规调查所做出的公正裁决，采取必要措施，维护国际经贸秩序，坚决捍卫中国企业合法权益。 　　自去年八月以来，加方罔顾各方提醒与劝阻，执意决定对进口自中国的相关产品采取歧视性的单边限制措施，严重阻碍中加两国企业正常经贸合作，损害中国行业企业的正当权益，破坏国际经贸规则和秩序，对全球贸易与经济发展的安全稳定造成负面影响。 　　中国机电产品进出口商会希望加方立即停止错误做法，保持贸易政策的独立性，为两国企业开展正常贸易与合作提供务实、公正、非歧视、可预期的环境，为推进全球产业可持续发展共同努力。 （文章来源：南方财经网）
