近期，美国麻疹疫情在多个地区持续蔓延。截至28日， 全美今年共报告483例麻疹确诊病例。 今年前3个月的病例数，已远超去年全年285例的病例总数。 　　据美国疾病控制和预防中心28日公布的最新数据， 美国已有20个州和地区共计报告483例确诊病例，其中70人住院治疗，2人死亡。 在确诊病例中，有97%的患者未接种过麻疹疫苗或接种情况不明。所有年龄段患者中，5至19岁群体感染率最高，占比42%。得克萨斯州的麻疹疫情最为严重，自1月下旬以来，该州已确诊400例麻疹病例。 　　此外，美国新墨西哥州、堪萨斯州、俄亥俄州等地病例数也在快速上升。得克萨斯州和新墨西哥州卫生部门28日表示，当地麻疹病例数量在三天内增长了20%。美国约翰斯·霍普金斯大学传染病专家表示，预计未来几周，感染率将有所上升。 　　麻疹是一种由麻疹病毒引起的急性出疹性呼吸道传染病，主要经呼吸道飞沫传播和气溶胶传播。感染者在接触病毒后一到两周内会出现高烧、咳嗽、流涕、眼睛发红、流泪、皮疹等症状， 病情严重时可引发肺炎等并发症，甚至导致死亡。 美疾控中心表示，预防麻疹的最佳方法是接种两剂麻疹疫苗。 　　 据世界卫生组织网站消息，美国此次麻疹疫情的源头尚不明确。 目前没有证据表明麻疹疫苗效力下降或麻疹病毒因发生变化而使致病严重程度增加。 　 （文章来源：央视财经）
