【明报专讯】内地新一波新型冠状病毒疫情未止息，3个原定今年6至12月在内地举办的国际运动会昨公布延期或取消，其中亚洲奥林匹克理事会(OCA)在官网宣布，考虑到疫情和亚洲运动会的规模，与中国奥委会及杭州亚运会组委会协商后，决定将原定今年9月10日在杭州揭幕的第19届亚运会，延期至2023年举行。港协暨奥委会昨发声明，就决定表示完全理解、尊重及支持，身兼香港代表团团长的港协暨奥委会副会长霍启刚呼吁港府，未来无论任何情况，勿再「一刀切」关闭场地，以利运动员有更充裕时间为大赛准备。 …
