有投资者在投资者互动平台提问：公司4月25日回复5月份部分厂房投入使用，28日 公告 延期募资投资期限一年，请问公司今年大概会投入多少募集的资金？预期产能能达到多少？ 瑞丰光电 (300241.SZ)5月4日在投资者互动平台表示，募投项目原实施地为浙江省义乌市工业园区的现有厂房，为了使募投项目的实施更符合公司长期发展战略的要求、更好地利用湖北省鄂州市葛店经济技术开发区的产业优势，提升协同效应，降低运输成本，公司于2021年6月18日召开的第四届董事会第十五次会议审议通过了《关于变更募投项目实施主体、实施地点及调整募投项目实施期限并向全资子公司增资以实施募投项目的议案》，实施地点由浙江省义乌市工业园区的现有厂房变更为湖北省鄂州市葛店经济技术开发区新建厂房。 湖北瑞华前期基础建设投入主要为公司自有资金，在募投项目实施地变更后，公司依据募集资金管理、监管相关法律法规要求，将募集资金逐步投向湖北瑞华，但实际投入过程中受新冠疫情、市场环境变化等多重因素的影响，资金整体投入进度放缓，因此延期。目前湖北瑞华项目部分厂房建设已进入洁净厂房装修收尾阶段，预计2022年5月份部分厂房可投入使用，现按计划正常推进中。目前MINI LED产能充足，公司今年将根据客户需求进行有序扩产。 （文章来源：每日经济新闻）
