摘要： 今日有消息称，瑞幸咖啡考虑在香港上市。瑞幸咖啡方面对此未予置评。今年4月，瑞幸咖啡公布其向美国证监会提交经审计的2021年财务报告。数据显示，瑞幸咖啡2021财年总净收入为79.653亿元人民币（12.499亿美元），较2020财年的40.334亿元人民币增长了97.5%；非美国会计准则（Non-GAAP）下运营亏损为2.363亿元人民币（3710万美元），而2020财年该亏损为24.938亿元人民币。 整体来看，瑞幸的财务状况正在好转。 同月，瑞幸 咖啡 还宣布公司已经顺利完成债务重组，在债权人的支持下，公司正式结束作为债务人的破产保护程序。瑞幸咖啡董事长兼CEO郭谨一当时表示，瑞幸咖啡已经解决完成历史遗留问题，回归正常公司状态。
