四川在线记者 刘佳 不少消费者去4S店买车都有这样的经历：销售人员以“零首付”“零利率”等条件诱惑消费者分期购车，算下来价格还要比全款购车便宜不少……分期购车真的这么“香”吗?这里面有没有什么猫腻?针对近期汽车消费投诉的问题，5月11日，四川省消委邀请四川蜀天律师事务所律师谢文强来为大家答疑释惑。 谢文强提醒消费者，分期付款购车需注意以下消费陷阱： 首先，要防止销售人员利用各种借口收取其他费用。比如有的销售人员会要求消费者签订空白合同，等到合同签订后，消费者才发现合同内容与最初洽谈的内容存在出入。 其次，需注意有的经销商会要求消费者在分期付款后期提高还款金额，理由是该车价格上涨，分期付款还清最后一期之前，车价上涨金额需要由消费者承担，增加消费者的购车支出。 最后，要警惕一些销售人员利用金融术语来模糊消费者的认知或者故意不给出明确的年化利率，利用消费者的粗心大意，签订购车合同。比如有的在合同中用年化费率代替年化利率，有的只给出每月的年化利率，总之用各种手段让消费者难以直观判断自己的还款金额。往往等到分期付款购车合同签订后，消费者还款时，才发现分期价款额超出预期，但若不支付又会陷入法律纠纷。 谢文强建议，消费者不能轻信销售人员的口头承诺，不要签空白合同，车辆总价、每期还款额、手续费、保险费、利率等费用都要书面约定。只有消费者提高维权意识，注重书面手续，才能保障合法权益。
