四川在线记者 陈婷 近日，乐山市政协3件提案被确定为该市2022年重点办理协商提案，并分别由乐山市委书记马波，乐山市委副书记、市长陈光浩，乐山市委常委、常务副市长赵迎春“认领”督办。据记者了解，市委书记、市长领衔督办政协提案，在乐山是第一次，在全省各市(州)也很少见。 每年年初，乐山市政协都会从市政协全会期间收到的提案中选出3件，作为当年的重点办理协商提案。今年被选出的3件提案是《关于加快中心城区公办学校建设的建议》《关于加快发展康养旅游打造成渝“后花园”的建议》《关于加快推进城市交通基础建设缓解城市交通拥堵的建议》。马波将领衔督办由民盟乐山市委、民革乐山市委和市政协委员梁开禹、向蕾、刘斌、黄艾共同提出的提案《关于加快中心城区公办学校建设的建议》。 为推动提案办理办出效果、办出质量，中共乐山市委办公室、乐山市人民政府办公室、政协乐山市委员会办公室联合制发了《2022年政协提案办理督办工作方案》《2022年乐山市重点提案办理协商方案》，明确通过重点办理协商、领衔督办、联合督办、专题督办、提案者全程督办五种方式督办市政协提案，提案办理工作实现市委、市政府、市政协三方联动督办。据此，乐山市所有市委常委、市政府副市长将分别督办分管领域的重要提案。 据悉，2022年，乐山市政协共确定重点办理协商提案3件、领衔督办提案17件、联合督办提案29件、专题督办提案8件。所有提案督办工作将在9月底前完成，督办过程将邀请有关专家学者、市民代表参与。
