四川省人民政府关于评定刘强同志为烈士的批复 川府函〔2022〕103号 南充市人民政府： 你市《关于评定刘强同志为烈士的请示》(南府〔2022〕6号)收悉。现批复如下。 刘强，男，汉族，中共预备党员，1989年8月出生，营山县人，生前系营山县绿水镇政府专职消防队队员。2021年5月2日晚，刘强在营山县绿水镇透龙村执行抢险救灾任务时被断落的大树砸中头部，经抢救无效牺牲。 根据《烈士褒扬条例》(国务院令第718号)第八条第一款第二项规定，省政府评定刘强同志为烈士。 四川省人民政府 2022年5月5日
