摘要： 由于SSD硬盘容量不断增大，NAND闪存也从之前的SLC、MLC逐渐转向TLC、QLC，特别是QLC近年来是低端SSD绕不过去的选择，它为人诟病的一个地方就是性能太慢，现在西数及铠侠也新一代BiCS6闪存上优化了QLC性能，提升了5倍。 QLC闪存不被大家喜欢主要是两个原因，一个是可靠性较差，另一个就是写入性能很弱鸡，这都是QLC闪存的特性决定的，毕竟cell单元内要控制4bit数据，编程写入的时候比其他闪存要复杂很多，所以错误率高，速度慢。 大家也见过QLC闪存的硬盘性能，虽然厂商给出的写入速度超过1GB\/s甚至2GB\/s， 但那都是靠着SLC缓存及全盘缓存、DRAM缓存之类的技术提升的，QLC原始写入速度非常低，缓存外性能比HDD硬盘都要差，超过100MB\/s的几乎没有。 西数及铠侠目前的主力闪存BiCS5这一代中没有QLC闪存类型，下一代的BiCS6闪存中会重新推出QLC闪存，并进行了大量性能优化，不仅核心面积低于其他厂商，而且编程速度（也就是写入速度）提升到了60MB\/s。 这是什么概念？虽然看起来还不高， 但是上上代的BiCS4闪存中QLC编程速度只有9.7MB\/s，当前QLC闪存中编程速度最快的还是Intel的144层QLC闪存，速度40MB\/s，其他厂商的多在30MB\/s以内。 简单来说，西数、铠侠的BiCS6闪存中QLC速度比之前提升了5倍，比友商最快的QLC也提升了50%的性能，足以大幅改善QLC闪存 SSD 硬盘的写入性能，具体要等成品再来看。 访问: 京东商城
