【明報專訊】人工智能（AI）持續發展下，政府去年就需否修訂《版權條例》諮詢公眾意見，商經局與知識產權署最新向立法會提交文件，簡介諮詢結果。當局指出，除版權擁有人外，大部分回應者支持引入「文本及數據開採豁免」助AI模型訓練，故建議在《版權條例》引入豁免條文，目標今年上半年提交修例草案。政府提出在豁免加入「選擇退出」選項，讓版權人保留權利不許材料用作訓練AI，消委會書面意見形容AI訓練「不可逆轉」，不可能在事後抽走有版權問題內容，當局須考慮如何讓開發者先獲版權人同意才可使用材料。…
