四川在线记者 郝勇 5月13日，记者从四川省总工会召开的全省工会女职工工作会议上获悉，全省已建成基层女职工组织13.2万个，团结引领全省广大女职工更好发挥“半边天”作用。 据介绍，截至去年底，四川共有女职工755万人。本着“工会组织建到哪里，哪里有女职工，工会女职工工作就延伸到哪里”的原则，省总工会、省总工会女职工委员会不断夯实基层工会女职工工作的组织覆盖和工作覆盖，最大限度把广大女职工吸收到工会组织中来。女职工组织建设按照“三同时”的要求推进，即持续推动工会女职工组织建设与工会组织建设同部署、同推进、同考核，把女职工工作力量、工作项目、工作资源进一步向基层倾斜。 与此同时，近年来，四川积极开展女职工劳动和技能竞赛14.1万场，创建女职工创新工作室350个，表扬省五一巾帼标兵岗和标兵各560个，培育选树了潘玉华、唐成凤、王畅等一大批新时代女劳模、女工匠、女先进，130个女职工集体和133名女职工获全国先进女职工集体和个人荣誉。
