近日，智汇矿业向港交所递交招股书。按照业绩记录，公司收益主要来自三种矿产品销售收入，即锌精矿、铅精矿及铜精矿。从招股说明书披露的数据看，公司出售的精矿数量逐年下降。2022年、2023年及2024年，公司出售的精矿数量分别约为30955吨、37135吨及16176吨。 　　经营业绩方面， 2024年，智汇矿业营收、净利均下滑，同比分别下降44.81%和64%。 　　2022年—2024年，智汇矿业收入分别约为4.82亿元、5.46亿元及3.01亿元，公司拥有人应占年内利润分别为1.18亿元、1.55亿元及5585.4万元。 　　 公司收入主要来自锌精矿销售。 2022年—2024年，公司锌精矿销售收入分别约为2.96亿元、2.74亿元及2.16亿元，分别占总收入约61.4%、50.1%及71.6%。所有收入均来自国内。 　　招股说明书显示，公司出售的精矿数量逐年下降。2022年至2024年，公司出售的精矿数量分别约为30955吨、37135吨及16176吨；公司销售成本分别约为3.08亿元、3.28亿元及1.97亿元。 　　 公司毛利率也逐年下降。 2022年至2024年，公司毛利分别约为1.75亿元、2.18亿元及1.05亿元；毛利率分别约为36.2%、39.9%及34.7%。 　　从股东构成看，西藏智峰及西藏盛源分别持有公司1.98亿股及1.62亿股股份，分别占其已发行股本总额的54.12%及44.28%。 　　根据公司2月28日的未经审核综合财务资料，流动负债净值由2024年12月31日的约0.792亿元，减少至2025年2月28日的约0.508亿元，减少约0.284亿元。 　　在面临的风险方面，招股书提及，锌、铅及铜精矿市价波动可能对公司的盈利能力及现金流量造成重大不利影响；公司现有采矿业务年期有限，最终将完结，为维持精矿生产及确保现有已界定矿场年限后的长期可行性，必须优先实施储量替代策略，包括将矿产资源量转换为矿石储量及通过探矿发现新矿石体。 （文章来源：中国 证券 报）
