国家卫生健康委 食品安全 标准与监测评估司副司长宫国强24日表示，截至目前，我国已累计发布 食品安全 国家标准1660项，包含2万多项指标，涵盖日常消费的340余种食品类别。 　　在当天举行的2025年国际 食品安全 与健康大会上，宫国强介绍，国家卫生健康委致力于构建“最严谨的标准”体系，食品安全监测评估体系要实现“监测精准高效、评估科学权威”。 　　食品安全关系着每个人的健康。从农田到餐桌，食品产业链条长、环节多，要让 老百姓 吃得放心，离不开多个部门的协同发力。 　　市场监管总局食品安全抽检监测司二级巡视员郝明虹在会上表示，市场监管总局以“最严谨的标准、最严格的监管、最严厉的处罚、最严肃的问责”为根本遵循，着力提高食品安全全链条监管能力，全力守护人民群众“舌尖上的安全”。 　　农业农村部 农产品 质量安全监管司二级巡视员李家健表示，农业农村部坚持将 农产品 质量安全科技创新、科技赋能摆在重要位置，加快监管检测新技术新设备的研发应用，加强绿色优质标准模式的研制推广。 　　国际食品安全与健康大会由 中国食品 科学技术学会与国际食品科技联盟共同举办，重点聚焦全球食品安全与健康领域的新兴技术应用、新资源挖掘、标准法规创新、跨学科交叉融合等。 　　（据新华社电） （文章来源： 证券 时报）
