新华社成都4月27日电（记者李力可）4月27日，四川省广元市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理四川省经济和信息化厅原党组成员、机关党委书记周海琦犯受贿罪、贪污罪一案，并当庭宣判，对被告人周海琦以受贿罪、贪污罪，数罪并罚，判处有期徒刑十一年，并处罚金人民币一百三十万元；对其犯罪所得及孳息依法予以追缴。 经审理查明：2012年至2024年，周海琦利用其担任四川省经济和信息化厅生产性服务业处处长、人事处处长、机关党委书记、党组成员等职务上的便利及职权地位形成的便利条件，在专项资金申报、中级职称评审服务授权、项目承揽等方面为他人谋取利益，非法收受财物共计人民币1408万余元。2013年至2015年，周海琦利用其负责项目预算审核工作的职务便利，非法占有公共财物65万元。 广元市中级人民法院认为：被告人周海琦的行为构成受贿罪、贪污罪，数额特别巨大，应当依法惩处。其到案后，如实供述主要犯罪事实，自愿认罪认罚，真诚悔罪，全额退赃，有立功情节，可依法从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。 四川省纪委监委组织全省经信系统共计1000余人，分别在庭审现场及各市州法院通过视频方式同步旁听庭审，接受警示教育。 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
