我国地形复杂， 农业种植 模式多样，丘陵山区、梯田、大棚、果园等特殊作业环境下，小型智慧农机正以其轻量化、智能化、场景适配性强等优势，在丘陵山区、设施农业、小型农田等领域开辟“精准农业”新战场。 　　在适应性上，小型智慧农机小巧灵活，能轻松穿梭于狭窄田埂、不规则地块之间，可避免大型农机“有劲使不出”的尴尬情况。在智能化方面，小型智慧农机搭载智能传感、远程通信、北斗定位等技术，可以有效降低劳动强度，提高作业精准度；有的还能做到一机多用，播种、移栽、施肥、收割等多环节的农事都可解决，性价比高。 　　但是，由于我国小型智慧农机产业集中度不高、产业链尚不完善，导致生产制造成本远高于传统农机，让很多用户望而却步。而且，机具配套复杂多样，对农机高技能人才也提出了更高要求。 　　让这些小型智慧农机真正扎根泥土，既需要技术创新突破，更需要产业链协同推进。今年中央一号文件提出推动农机装备高质量发展，中共中央、国务院印发的《加快建设农业强国规划（2024—2035年）》则进一步明确了加强“丘陵山区适用小型机械等农机装备和关键零部件研发应用”。 　　各地应继续加大政策支持，通过财政、税收、金融等措施，降低小型智慧农机的研发制造成本，构建符合实际的小型智慧农机装备创新发展体系。还可以推进宜机化改造，以多种激励手段鼓励有条件的企业、合作社多购置小型智慧农机，以共享租赁、加大补贴力度等方式，解决农户“无机可用”“无机好用”的窘境。 　　此外，企业要加强自主研发，加大技术创新投入，完善产业链，提高产品质量，降低生产成本，进一步提升小型智慧农机智能化水平。科研机构则要加强人才培养，加快向农户普及作物生产技术，搭建“田间课堂”，因地制宜加快小型智慧农机的普及应用，为农业高质量发展注入新动能。 （文章来源：经济日报）
