四川在线记者 吴梦琳 近日，记者从四川省文化和旅游厅获悉，四川文旅政务服务再次提质增效：对《网络文化经营许可证》《娱乐经营许可证》《营业性演出许可证》等11类高频电子证照、共计48个申请材料完成“免提交”配置。 据了解，这些“免提交”配置可让所有已共享的电子证照在不同业务场景、服务渠道提供政务服务办事信息时，实现与电子证照及其他相关信息的“一次身份认证、自动关联引用、100%免于重复提交”，实现文旅企业群众办事到一个窗口、提交一套材料，就能办成“一揽子事”。 在智能审批方面，四川文旅通过流程优化、机制创新和技术保障，按照“网上办理，受理零窗口；信息共享，审核过程零材料；自动比对，审批零人工；主动送达，领证零跑腿；全程留痕，纸质材料零提交”的“五个零”工作标准，重点围绕文旅企业变更、延续、注销等推出智能审批服务，实现智能填表、自动审核、网上发证，大幅提高“零次跑”办件的比例。 截至目前，四川文旅领域12个跨部门、跨层级“一件事一次办”事项申请材料和办理时限比改革前分别减少29.3%、23.8%。
