【明報專訊】本報獲悉，九龍私家醫院聖德肋撒醫院主座大樓去年中發生長達大半小時的冷氣故障，當時主座2樓正有12宗手術進行，其中一宗由外科專科醫生廖子良操刀，他形容當時手術環境屬災難性，感覺不到手術室有通風，牆壁表面及設備冒出冷凝水，手術燈水滴滴到手術牀上，更影響到手術儀器運作。有該院員工亦稱需在手術牀鋪上無菌布，避免病人受滴水影響。廖強調抽風及無菌環境對手術甚為重要，事後連同病人向衛生署投訴。署方完成調查於今年3月回覆稱該院無違規。廖子良強調不認同調查結論，促衛生署重啟調查，並要求該院主動公布事故和承擔責任。…
