【明報專訊】政府前日建議引用《維護國家安全條例》（下稱《國安條例》）的權力訂立附屬法例，協助中央駐港國安公署工作。附例昨日刊憲實施，新增6項罪行，披露公署調查工作、不遵從公署法律文書等4罪，最高可判監7年及罰款50萬元，是附例可訂立的最高刑罰上限。基本法委員會前副主任譚惠珠表示，公署行使案件管轄權時的法律程序、受幫助和受保護範圍「一直有一個空缺」，附例能確保法律完整，強調新增罪行並非「加辣」。對於日後會否頻繁訂立附例，她說沒法預視未來，倘出現法例未能處理的問題，應合法合理地解決。…
