上证报中国 证券 网讯（记者胡嘉树）5月22日，记者从北交所获悉，山东 康华生物 医疗科技股份有限公司（下称“康华股份”）上市申请获受理。 　　招股书显示，康华股份是一家以病原体检测为核心的综合性 体外诊断 企业，主营业务为 体外诊断 试剂及仪器的研发、生产及销售，并为客户提供第三方医学检验等综合服务。本次公司拟IPO募资5.62亿元，用于多场景智能检验分析仪器及精准诊断试剂研发及产业化项目、金标层析平台试剂（含居家检测类）产品研发及产业化项目、 体外诊断 用核心原材料研发及产业化项目、电商及品牌推广项目以及海外营销网络建设项目。 　　财务数据显示，2022年度、2023年度和2024年度，康华股份营业收入分别为14.80亿元、7.39亿元和7.28亿元；归母净利润分别为2.70亿元、6983.52万元和1.25亿元。 　　本次发行前，青岛恒健直接持有公司61.02%股份，为公司控股股东。杨致亭、王爱香和杨帆三人合计控制康华股份90.07%的股份，为公司的实际控制人。杨致亭与王爱香系夫妻关系，与杨帆系父子关系。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
