6月24日盘后， 锦江酒店 公告称，公司收到上海市国资委出具的批复，原则同意公司此次港股发行方案。相关上市发行事项还需股东大会批准，并需取得中国 证券 监督管理委员会、香港联合交易所有限公司等相关政府机构、监管机构备案、批准和\/或核准。 　　大约二十天前， 锦江酒店 表示为深入推进公司的全球化战略，加强与境外资本市场对接，拟于境外发行股份（H股）并在香港联交所上市，拟聘请毕马威为审计机构。 　　按其所言，此次拟发行的H股股数不超过本次发行后公司总股本的15%（超额配售权行使前），并授权整体协调人行使不超过前述发行的H股股数15%的超额配售权，但最终发行规模、发行比例要视具体情况而定。 　　对于募资所得用途，其计划是“进一步加强及拓展海外业务、偿还 银行 贷款及补充营运资金等”。 　　去年， 锦江酒店 营收同比下滑4%至140.63亿元，归母净利润同比下滑9.06%至9.11亿元，对应毛利率39.52%，同比下滑2.47个百分点。 　　若按季度拆分，公司四个单季营收同比增速分别为9.72%、-5.1%、-6.2%、-11.24%，四季度经营明显承压。且归母净利润也在第四季度由盈转负，对应-1.95亿元，毛利率则同比下降7.05个百分点至33.09%，环比下跌11.25个百分点。 　　经营情况在2025年继续恶化。 　　今年一季度，锦江酒店的各项经营业绩指标恶化，营收同比下滑8.25%，对应29.4亿元；归母净利润较上年同期下降81.03%，为3601万元；经营活动现金流量净额比上年同期下降40.84%，约6亿元。 　　这加重了外界对全年业绩目标达成的忧虑。 　　2025年，锦江酒店计划新增开业酒店1300家，新增签约酒店2000家；预计将实现营收143亿—150亿元，较上年度增长2%至7%，其中来自中国大陆境内的营业收入预计同比增5%至10%。 （文章来源：国际金融报）
