【明報專訊】在衛生黑點常見拾荒者蹤影，如元朗交通廣場對面的建翔街曾因發泡膠箱堆積而被列黑點，現已除名，記者採訪當日至少3人在場將菜檔發泡膠箱及紙皮堆疊於花槽。菜檔職員稱知悉該處曾是衛生黑點，故外判清理發泡膠工作，包括當日在場拾荒的黃先生。黃從內地來港15年，他說在新冠疫情前已在此拾荒，「看他（菜檔）生意，生意好可以多撿一點」，每天掙約400至500元，「為了生活沒辦法」。黃說會疊好發泡膠箱及紙皮，到晚上載走，不認為有衛生問題。…
