四川在线记者 石小宏 在成都各类医疗机构就医时，人们常有这样的体验：在不同的就诊环节后，手里会攥着不同的单据，在医院各个窗口间来回折返缴费。如今，这种情况将得到改善。 6月30日，记者从成都市卫生健康委了解到，成都创新出台了“先看病、后支付”就医新模式，患者在就医时只需通过该医院开通的“信用就医”程序，所有缴费环节都会自动汇成一张电子清单，直到离院时方才合并支付。 在传统就医流程中，一直存在“三长一短”痼疾：挂号缴费排队占75%就诊时间，特殊群体支付困难，经济压力加剧医患矛盾。此次，成都市创新构建“信用就医”四维服务体系，将对患者非诊疗时间缩短40%，候诊效率提升3倍。 “信用就医”具有4种模式—— 即离院付：成都市首个门诊全流程无感支付系统，通过信用核验实现“就诊即授信、离院即结算”，优化了就诊流程，减少了排队时间。 亲情付：跨代际信用共享机制，支持三代直系亲属额度共享，破解老年群体数字支付困局。 分期付：联合金融机构提供59天免息分期，利率优惠幅度达行业标准的50%，惠及新市民等特殊群体超500万人。 住院付：成都市首个住院押金信用垫付系统，实现“病有所医”与“钱有所措”的平衡。 成都市卫生健康委相关负责人表示，构建“信用即服务”的医疗新范式，将信用价值转化为就医便利，能有效破解困扰群众多年的挂号、缴费、检查“三重等待”难题。接下来，成都市将持续扩大“信用就医”医疗卫生机构覆盖范围，力争在2025年底实现新突破，进一步发挥数据要素“乘数效应”、推动高质量发展。
