第六次上海合作组织成员国环境部长会3日在天津举办，主题为“合作促进上合组织成员国绿色、可持续、低排放发展”。与会各方签署了《第六次上海合作组织成员国环境部长会联合声明》，通过了《上海合作组织成员国关于加强可持续发展合作的倡议》。 　　联合声明表示，当前，全球生态环境议程面临严峻考验，各方将以2025年上合组织可持续发展年为契机，携手推进环保经验与最佳实践交流，致力于保障可持续发展，加速落实联合国2030年可持续发展议程相关环境目标。 　　当天通过的这份倡议强调可持续、低排放发展是上合组织合作基本目标之一，倡导上合组织成员国参与并推动全球环境治理，在发展和应用循环经济、节能、低排放等环保科学技术领域扩大合作，支持“昆明—蒙特利尔全球生物多样性框架”实施倡议，加强全球南方能力建设与科技合作，携手推动生物多样性保护，并提出加强努力并扩大合作以应对污染问题，改善区域环境质量等。 　　会上，各国代表还就发展绿色技术、可持续、低排放发展合作机制与平台，应对污染问题，废弃物管理等生态环保领域方面的合作深入交换意见。 （文章来源：人民日报）
