【明報專訊】政府計劃下半年就北部都會區發展的「片區試點」招標，發展局長甯漢豪接受港台訪問時透露，會在今年第四季、即10至12月起陸續推出「洪水橋」及「粉嶺北」兩個試點招標，至於新田科技城則會在明年招標。她強調，政府定價時會考慮市場承受能力，若市場表現偏軟，定價自然不可能過分進取；並且不排除向產業直接批地，稱不要有「心魔」認為當局與企業個別談判便等於不透明。有立法會議員及測量師表示，政府可透過靈活及彈性方式批地，以減省開發商起始成本壓力。…
